The New Year of Wellness

I've been asked to draft a business plan for 2022: I've decided this year's theme is more deeper than just number metrics, I've committed myself to the year of wellness and rediscovery. This is my time to be more whole, not just for me but for my practice at work. It's perfect timing with the boarders reopening and public spaces opening to larger crowds, feeling better is not just for me but for my clients as we rediscover life, connection and movement. Over the past two years ... so much time has been spent sitting still and waiting. Everyone is waiting to open spiritually and socially.

Georgia is napping on her chair waiting for her five o'clock park visit, last night she snuggled into me. Georgia is missing Rob, and looking for connection from myself. We had a good day at the beach and a drive downtown. Our sleepy town is changing growing with more condo's and the air feels like winter is around the corner. Frost on the ground when we both wake.

My new Goal list 2022:

Signed up for Yoga on Tuesday - feels good to return to the mat!

Eat cleaner

Go to Europe - I'm coming Italy - Waiting since 2020!

Lift Georgia with ease up the stairs

Fall in love with Rob

Enjoy each day at work

Time is short and I'm half way through life ..it's time to truly life
